A Great Great Result

We have just received a letter telling us that Shimna student Friederike Thomas has achieved on of the top five marks in A level German. Friederike was a pleasure to have as a student at Shimna, and we are delighted that she has received this accolade.

Great Results

Our year 13 and 14 students received their terrific A level and AS results yesterday. By today, the vast majority of students had been placed on their first choice of course. We are very proud indeed of our students, and wish them well as they head off to their chosen future, or buckle down to fulfil their promise in year 14. As well as the hard work of our students, we salute the hard work of the staff and the support of the parents/guardians.
